Mitchelton history landscape stretching west out to the Mountains. This painting  commemorates community history of  150 years since the first land sales in Mitchelton 1857. Land of the Turrbal People; land used for army training soldiers from Gallipoli Barracks in the first world war and all land going west to Mount Glorious and the D'Aguilar Mountains. Maps indicate the street names.
